Abstract

يشهد البحث العلمي في الجزائر تحولا رقميا فيScientific research in Algeria has recently undergone a significant digital transformation, as the competent authorities—represented by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research—seek to keep pace with the rapid global developments in the field of technology. This is achieved through the adoption of several strategies, including strengthening digital infrastructure, training technical and research personnel, and investing in modern research tools such as software and artificial intelligence technologies. This study aims to clarify the impact of digital transformation on the governance of scientific research and innovation. Like other countries around the world, Algeria strives to improve the quality of scientific research due to its vital role in supporting development across various sectors.
