أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على التضخم في الجزائر

Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذا البحث نمذجة قياسية لأثر أسعار النفط على التضخم في الجزائر للمدة من)1980-2024). حيث تهدف الدراسة الى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين أسعار النفط وتقلباتها والتضخم في الجزائر. ومن اجل الإحاطة بهذا الموضوع تم التطرق الى الإطار النظري لتقلبات أسعار النفط والتضخم، حيث تم استخدام مجموعة من المتغيرات الاقتصادية أهمها معدل التضخم، أسعار النفط، سعر الصرف، عرض النقود، الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والانفاق الحكومي والتي تم الاعتماد عليها في بناء نموذج ARDL ومن النتائج ان تقلبات أسعار النفط تؤثر معنويا على التضخم في الجزائر في الاجلين وتأثير طويل الاجل اقوى وأكثر ثباتا من تأثير قصير الاجل واما سعر الصرف وعرض النقود يعزز انتقال الصدمات النفطية الى الأسعار، إضافة الى وجود تكامل مشترك يؤكد علاقة توازنية طويلة الاجل بين المتغيرات. This research aims to develop an econometric model of the effect of oil prices on inflation in Algeria for the period spanning 1980–2024. It seeks to determine the nature of the relationship between oil prices, their fluctuations, and inflation in Algeria. To address this topic comprehensively, the theoretical framework of oil price volatility and inflation was examined, drawing on a set of economic variables — most notably: the inflation rate, oil prices, exchange rate, money supply, GDP, and government spending — which were used to construct an ARDL model. Among the most significant findings: oil price fluctuations have a statistically significant effect on inflation in Algeria in both the short and long run, with the long-run effect being stronger and more stable than the short-run effect. Furthermore, the exchange rate and money supply amplify the transmission of oil shocks to prices. The presence of cointegration confirms a long-run equilibrium relationship among the variables
