دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة دراسة حالة: منصة YINVESTI الجزائر من 21/05/2026إلى 23/05/2026

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان وتحديد دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك من خلال معالجة الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: "ما هو دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر؟". وقد تم ذلك بدراسة حالة منصة"Yinvesti" الجزائرية للتمويل الجماعي، مع الاستئناس بتحليل المؤشرات والإحصائيات المستوحات من المواقع الرسمية والتقارير الصادرة عن منصات عالمية وإقليمية رائدة مثلKickstarter وWiseed ،Beehive، و منصة منافع باستعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن منصات التمويل الجماعي تؤدي دوراً استراتيجياً مرناً يكمل صيغ التمويل التقليدية، ويغطي أساساً الاحتياجات المالية للمؤسسات الناشئة في مراحلها المبكرة والأولية كمرحلة الفكرة والانطلاق، كما أظهرت النتائج أهمية الأطر التشريعية والبيئات التجريبية في إنجاح تجارب المنصات. وعلى الصعيد المحلي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدور التطبيقي الفعلي لمنصة"Yinvesti" لا يزال يواجه جملة من التحديات البيئية، التنظيمية، والثقافية التي تحد من وتيرة انتشارها الفعلي في السوق الجزائرية مقارنة بالتجارب الدولية والإقليمية الرائدة، مما يستدعي إصلاح وتطوير النظام البيئي الرقمي والمالي المحيط بها The study aims to demonstrate and determine the role of crowdfunding platforms in startups, by addressing the following main problematic: "What is the role of crowdfunding platforms in financing and developing startups in Algeria ?". This was achieved through a case study of the Algerian crowdfunding platform "Yinvesti", supplemented by an analysis of indicators and statistics extracted from the official websites and reports of leading global and regional platforms, such as Kickstarter, Wiseed, Beehive, and Manafa, using the descriptive-analytical approach. The study concluded that crowdfunding platforms play a flexible and strategic role that complements traditional financing models, primarily covering the financial needs of startups in their early and embryonic stages, such as the ideation and launch phases. The results also demonstrated the importance of legislative frameworks and regulatory sandboxes in the success of platform experiences. At the domestic level, the study found that the practical application of the "Yinvesti" platform continues to face a set of environmental, regulatory, and cultural challenges that hinder its actual growth in the Algerian market compared to leading international and regional experiences, which necessitates reforming and developing the surrounding digital and financial ecosystem
