Abstract

تهدف ىذه الدراسة إلذ تسليط الضوء على دور الدتابعة الديدانية و الضمانات في تقليل لساطر عدم سداد القروض البنكية و الإجراءات الدتبعة من قبل البنك الوطتٍ الجزائري لولاية غرداية حيال التعثر الدالر ،اعتماداً على الدنهجية العلمية الوصفية ودراسة الحالة باستخدام لرموعة من الأدوات ، أفادت الدراسة الديدانية لوكالة البنك الوطتٍ الجزائري بغرداية ، وجود إدارة سديدة و راشدة في تسيتَ واستًجاع القروض البنكية من خلال استًاتيجية وقائية ترتكز على التكامل بتُ الدتابعة الديدانية والضمانات تعزي زاً لمحفظتها الائتمانية في حركة مستدامة للؤموال"This study aims to highlight the role of field follow-up and guarantees in mitigating the risks of non-repayment of bank loans, as well as the procedures adopted by the National Bank of Algeria (BNA) in the Ghardaia province to address financial distress. Relying on a descriptive scientific methodology and a case study approach, various research tools were utilized. The empirical study conducted at the Ghardaia branch of the National Bank of Algeria revealed the presence of sound and prudent management in administering and recovering bank loans. This is achieved through a preventive strategy anchored in the integration between field follow-up and guarantees, thereby strengthening the bank's credit portfolio and ensuring a sustainable turnover of funds."
