دور صناديق الاستثمار في تفعيل اسواق الاوراق المالية على الأداء المالي

Abstract

تهدف هذهالدراسة الىتبيانالدور الذي تلعبه صناديق الإستثمار في تفعيل أسواق الاوراق المالية حيث تعتبر صناديق اللإستثمار من بين أهم الآليات التي تسعى الى تقليل مخاطر السوق وأيضا توفير المدخرات وأيضا تسعى الى إدارة الأصول المالیة وفق تسییر كفء ومتخصص، ومنأجلالوصولالىهذاالهدفاخترنا بورصة الكويت كنموذج للدراسة حيث تعرفنا في الدراسة على أهم الجوانب النظرية من تعاريف متعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة حيث إرتئينا الى أخد مؤسستين مدرجتين في بورصة الكويت وحاولنا التطرق الى القوائم المالية الخاصة بها ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى جملة من النتائج نلخصها في بعض النقاط:  إن صناديق الإستثمار تلعب دور فعال في تفعيل سوق الأوراق المالية ؛  يعتبر السوق المالي هو أحد أهم ركائز الإقتصاد الذي تعتمد عليها دولة الكويت من أجل الحفاظ على مكانتها في الإقتصاد العالمي؛  يستفيد المدخر الذي يستثمر أمواله في صناديق الإستثمار من خبرات الإدارة المحترفة والتقليل من مخاطر الإستثمار والحصول على أقصى عائد ممكن؛  يعتبر صناديق الإستثمار وعاء لتجميع المدخرات التي تساعد صغار المستثمرين في اكتساب موارد مالي This study aimed to show the role played by investment funds in activating the securities markets, where investment funds are among the most important mechanisms that seek to reduce market risks and also provide savings and also seek to manage financial assets according to efficient and specialized management, to reach this goal we chose Boursa Kuwait as a model for the study where we learned in the study the most important theoretical aspects of definitions related to the variables of the study where we decided to take two institutions listed on Boursa Kuwait We tried to address its financial statements and through this study we reached a number of results that we summarize in some points:  Investment funds play an active role in activating the stock market;  The financial market is one of the most important pillars of the economy on which the State of Kuwait depends in order to maintain its position in the global economy;  A saver who invests his money in investment funds benefits from the expertise of professional management, minimizing investment risks and obtaining the maximum possible return;  Investment funds are a pool for accumulating savings that help small investors gain financial resources
