Abstract:
This study includes the study of the jurisprudential rules
concerning coercion, which is considered one of the symptoms of
the acquired eligibility, which has been characterized by Balwa, in
theory tried to define both the rules of jurisprudence and the
symptoms of eligibility and mentioned types, and devoted a third
section to introduce the opponent of coercion and types and the
impact of coercion in the mandate
In terms of practice, I studied some of the rules of jurisprudence,
which are related to coercion, by mentioning the general
meaning of the rule and the opinions of the scholars on its
importance, its evidence and its relation to coercion, and
concluded by mentioning three practical models for each rule.
