Abstract

The importance of the study lies in knowing the extent to which it encompasses the issue of cyberbullying, which is one of the most common problems of the 21st century, and whose impact extended from websites to users on the ground due to its effects on the victim at the psychological and social levels. From this study, we tried to find solutions to this phenomenon and take the necessary measures for that. The use of the descriptive approach to collect information about the phenomenon of cyberbullying and the use of general observation to take note of the topic from various aspects and not focus on the psychological aspect only. The electronic questionnaire form was also used to reach the study sample and to see the phenomenon of cyberbullying from the angle of users of social networking sites in Algeria and try to give statistics from During a sample whose vocabulary was estimated at 100b users of social networking sites.
