أثر الصدمات النفسية على الإصابة بالإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الراشد دراسة ميدانية لمجموعة من الراشدين المصابين بصدمات النفسية ــ بنورة ولاية غرداية ــ

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الصدمات النفسية على الإصابة بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية، حيث تم الاعتماد في تحقيق الهدف من الدراسة على المنهج العيادي، وطبقت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من الراشدين، من فرع بلدية بنورة، ولاية غرداية، وتم طرح سؤالين في هذه الدراسة: كيف تؤثر الصدمات النفسية على الإصابة بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الراشد؟ ماهي الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية التي تعاني منها مجموعة الدراسة؟ كما تم استخدام كل من المقابلة نصف الموجهة، واستعمال استبيان الصدمة النفسية لدفيدسون، الذي ترجمه إلى اللغة العربية الدكتور عبد العزيز ثابت، لقياس مستوى الصدمات النفسية التي تعاني منها مجموعة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى استعمال مقياس الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لبرونر، الذي تم تكييفه في البيئة الجزائرية، للكشف عن الأعراض السيكوسوماتية جراء تعرض مجموعة الدراسة لصدمات نفسية. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الصدمات النفسية تؤثر على الإصابةبالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الراشد، باختلاف أنماط تلك الاضطرابات، وكانت نتائج الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية التي أسفرت عنها نتائج هذه الدراسة تتمثل في أمراض جلدية، ضغط الدم، الصداع النصفي، القولون العصبي .بعد التأكد من عدم وجود أسباب عضوية.

الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية: This study aims to discover the effect of psychological trauma on the incidence of psychosomatic disorders for adult . and to accomplish this study we relied on clinical approach. And this study was applied to group of adults from the municipality of bounuora.ghardaia province. And ther are tow question were asked in this study : How does psychlogical trauma affect the incidence of the adult ? What are the disorders that the study group suffers from ? As such has been used the smi directed interview and the sychological trauma questionnaire of david son ; and it was translated into arabic by dr. Abdel aziz thabet.to measure the of psychological trauma to find out the extent of the suffering of thestudy groub from them in addition to the use of the borner psychosomatic disorder scal to detect psychosomatic symptoms after exposure of the study gruop to psychlogical trauma After analywing the results this study found that psychlogical trauma affects the incidence of psychosomatic disorders for adult، in different patterns of these disorders، the results of psychosomatic disorders that resulted from the results of this study were skin diseases، blood pressure، migraine headaches، and irritable bowel after ascertaining the absence of organic causes.
