Abstract:
This study aimed to reveal psychological security and its
relationship to the quality of life of students in the W. El-MENEA,
and the extent to which there are any statistically significant
differences at this level according to the variable of specialization
(scientific; literary) and the variable of sex (male; female). In order to
achieve this, it was applied to a sample by the comprehensive
inventory method estimated at (160) students of the third year of
secondary school students at Bakrawi Mohammed ben Mohammed
High School.
In order to collect the necessary data for the study, a measure of
psychological security (2012) was used, “Ahmed Abdullah Al
Sharifain, Manar Saeed Bani Mustafa” and quality of life prepared by
the World Health Organization (1996) and it was Arabized and
developed by Ahmed (2008).
Where we reached the following results:
- The level of psychological security among students of the third year
of secondary school at Bakrawi Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-
Manea is high, and the level of quality of life for this sample is
medium.
The level of psychological security among students of the third year of
secondary school at Bakrawi Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Manea’
High School varies according to gender, and does not differ according
to specialization.
- The level of quality of life for students of the third year of secondary
school at Bakrawi Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Manea’a does not
differ according to gender, and it varies according to specialization.
- There is no relationship between psychological security and quality
of life among students of the third year of secondary school at
Bakrawi Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Manea’a High School.
