Abstract:
The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between quality of life and
mental health in a sample of mothers of autistic children
Those in the pedagogical psychological centers according to the variables of
age, educational level, social level and interaction between them. The sample
consisted of 35 mothers of an autistic child, and then they were chosen randomly.
In this study, it was relied on the descriptive correlative approach because it
allows measuring the correlation between the research variables as well as their
direction, and the measure of quality of life and mental health was applied to them,
while the results showed the following:
There is a strong correlation between quality of life and mental health.
- The presence of a level within the average limits of the quality of life among the
sample members
- There are statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life and
mental health among the sample members due to the variables of age, educational
level, social level and the interaction between them.
