Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the impact of digital transformation in its
various dimensions (processing speed, result accuracy, interaction, data storage, and
information security) on the job performance of human resources at the Regional
Directorate of National Property in Ouargla. The descriptive approach was adopted,
using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which was distributed to a
sample of 250 employees, supported by interviews and direct observation .
Various statistical methods were employed to process the data using (SPSS V23), and
the results indicated a strong correlation between digital transformation and job
performance. The study also revealed that digital transformation significantly enhances
the job performance of human resources. Furthermore, the Regional Directorate places
great emphasis on improving its employees' performance by adopting modern methods,
with digital transformation being a crucial and necessary means to achieve the desired
goal
