Abstract

مستوى جودة أداء اللجان والمجالس العلمية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته للموضوع، واستعان باستبيان أع دّه لهذا الغرض، وقد كانت عينة البحث مك وّنة من') 38 ( أستاذا، كما استعمل الباحث كلا من المتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري من خلال الجزمة الاحصائية للعلوم وقد د لّت النتائج على ،)SPPS( الاجتماعية أ نّ: - مستوى جودة أداء اللجان والمجالس العلمية بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو متوسط. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيةThe current research aims to identify the level of performance quality of scientific committees and councils at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach as it suits the topic, and used a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. The research sample consisted of (38) professors. The researcher used arithmetic means and standard deviations through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results indicated that: • The level of performance quality of scientific committees and councils at Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou is average. • There are no statistically significant differences between the professors' opinions regarding the level of performance quality of scientific committees and councils at Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou attributable to the variables of gender and academic rank.
