دور هيئات المرافقة والدعم في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور هيئات المرافقة والدعم في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع التركيز على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية (NESDA). اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، شمل مقابلة مع إطار في الوكالة لمعالجة إشكالية دور هذه الهيئات في التمويل، أظهرت النتائج أن الوكالة توفر تكوينات مجانية في مختلف التخصصات مع تأطير مستمر للمستفيدين قبل الحصول على التمويل، دون اشتراط الحصول على تمويل. كما قدمت دعماً مالياً مفتوحاً للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إلا أن هذا الدعم المالي المفتوح توقف بعد 2015 بسبب تغيير معايير التمويل وقدم دعم بشروط جديدة مما أثر على نسب التمويل المقدمة. The study aimed to analyze the role of oversight and support bodies in financing small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on the National Agency for the Development and Support of Entrepreneurship (NESDA). The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach within a comparative framework to address the issue of the agency's role in financing. The results showed that the agency provides free training in various specialties with continuous support for entrepreneurs, without requiring access to financing. It also provided financial support specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises. However, this support stopped after 2015 due to changes in financing criteria, which affected the provided financing rates.
