أثر التحول الرقمي على الاداء المالي -دراسة حالة بنك لولاية غرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى قياس أثر التحول الرقمي على الأداء المالي في بنك التنمية المحلية بولاية غرداية، وذلك من خلال د ا رسة ميدانية اعتمدت على عينة من موظفي بنك التنمية المحلية بولاية غرداية. حي ث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانا ت وتم الاعتماد على الانحدار الخطي المتعدد لاختبار فرضيات الد ا رسة . وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتحول الرقمي على الأداء المالي في بنك التنمية المحلية بولاية غرداية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر معنوي للاست ا رتيجية الرقمية على الأداء المالي، في حين لم يظهر أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من الثقافة التنظيمية والتقنيات التكنولوجية على الأداء المالي. وتؤكد هذه النتائج أن التحول الرقمي يعد عاملاً مهماً في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات البنكية، غير أن فاعليته تتباين حسب طبيعة البعد الرقمي المطبق داخل المؤسسةThis study aimed to measure the impact of digital transformation on financial performance at the Local Development Bank in the province of Ghardaïa, based on a field study conducted on a sample of employees of the Local Development Bank in Ghardaïa. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, and multiple linear regression was employed to test the study hypotheses. The findings revealed a statistically significant impact of digital transformation on the financial performance of the Local Development Bank in Ghardaïa. The results also showed a significant effect of digital strategy on financial performance, while no statistically significant impact was found for organizational culture or technological tools on financial performance. These findings confirm that digital transformation is an important factor in improving the financial performance of banking institutions; however, its effectiveness varies depending on the specific digital dimension implemented within the organization
