Abstract

تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بريان بولاية غرداية، وإب ا رز دورها في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية. واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مدعمًا بد ا رسة حالة، مع استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيًا. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود اهتمام مرتفع بتطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة داخل المؤسسة. كما أظهرت وجود مستوى جيد من التنسيق وفعالية الإج ا رءات واتخاذ الق ا رر المبني على البيانات. في حين تبين أن ممارسة القيادة جاءت بمستوى متوسط مقارنة بباقي الأبعاد. وأكدت الد ا رسة أيضًا اهتمام المؤسسة بالمشاركة والتكوين والاستجابة لاحتياجات المرضى، مما يعكس توجهًا نحو تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية This study aims to identify the extent to which Total Quality Management (TQM) principles are applied in the Public Primary Healthcare Institution in Berriane, Ghardaia Province, and to highlight its role in improving the quality of healthcare services. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, supported by a case study, and utilized a questionnaire as the primary data collection and statistical analysis tool. The results revealed a high level of commitment to implementing TQM principles within the institution. They also demonstrated a good level of coordination, procedural effectiveness, and datadriven decision-making. However, leadership practices were found to be at an average level compared to the other dimensions. The study further confirmed the institution's focus on patient participation, training, and responsiveness to patient needs, reflecting a commitment to improving the quality of healthcare services.
