Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة خدمات الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد غرداية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في إطار العرض النظري ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي، فيما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة على مجمتمع يشمل جميع موظفيالصندوقالوطني _للتقاعدوحدةغردايةعلى عينة تقدر ب(47) موظف في الوكالة بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلة لدعم الدراسة والملاحظة، وفي النهاية توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: بخصوص العلاقة والاثر أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية وإيجابية للتحول الرقمي وجودة الخدمات، من خلال هذه النتائج نقترح بعض التوصيات: ضرورة الانتقال من التدريب على استعمال البرامج إلى تنمية الكفاءة الرقمية، بما يمكن الموظفين من مواكبة التحديثات المتسارعة للأنظمةThis study aims to investigate the role of digital transformation in improving the quality of services at the National Retirement Fund (CNR) in Ghardaia. To achieve this objective, the study relied on the descriptive approach for the theoretical framework and the case study method for the practical field. A questionnaire was utilized as the primary research tool, distributed to a sample of 47 employees representing the staff of the National Retirement Fund unit in Ghardaia, supplemented by interviews and direct observation to support the findings. The study revealed several key results, most notably the existence of a strong and positive correlational relationship and impact between digital transformation and service quality. Based on these findings, the study proposes several recommendations, primarily emphasizing the necessity of shifting from basic software training to developing comprehensive digital competency, thereby enabling employees to keep pace with the rapid updates of digital systems .
