دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسات، بالتطبيق على شركة سوناطراك بمدينة واد نومر في ولاية غرداية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من الميدان، حيث جرى توزيعه على عينة قصدية شملت (48) موظفاً في الشركة المستهدفة. وتناولت الدراسة معالجة البيانات وتحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج SPSS، حيث تم الاعتماد على أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وقد خلصت النتائج إلى وجود أثر إيجابي دال إحصائياً للأبعاد التكنولوجية مجتمعة، حيث تصدرت وسائل الاتصال الرقمية قائمة العوامل الأكثر تأثيراً في تسريع التنسيق الإداري، تليها البرمجيات والبنية التحتية بدرجات متفاوتة تتأثر بمدى التحديث التقني. في المقابل، كشفت المخرجات عن عدم تحقق الأثر المرجو للدعم الفني والأمن السيبراني، مما يشير إلى فجوة تنظيمية وثغرات تقنية تستوجب معالجة عاجلة. وتؤكد الدراسة في مجملها أن التحول الرقمي الفعال يتطلب تكاملاً شاملاً بين الأنظمة وتطويراً مستمراً لآليات الحماية الرقمية لضمان استدامة الأداء المتميز وتحسين الأداء الكلي للمؤسسةThis study aimed to investigate the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in improving organizational performance at Sonatrach in Oued Noumer, Ghardaia. To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, using a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection, distributed to a purposive sample of (48) employees. Data were statistically processed using SPSS software, applying descriptive and inferential statistics to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact of the combined technological dimensions. Digital communication tools emerged as the most influential factor in accelerating administrative coordination, followed by software and infrastructure, with varying degrees influenced by the level of technical upgrades. Conversely, the results indicated that technical support and cybersecurity fell short of achieving the desired impact, revealing an organizational gap and technical vulnerabilities that require urgent intervention. The study concludes that effective digital transformation demands comprehensive system integration and continuous development of digital security mechanisms to ensure sustainable superior performance
