Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية " 18 ا الأساسية (التقنية، البشرية، 􀄓 فيفري" ومؤسسة الصحة الجوارية بمتليلي، والتعرف على مدى توفر متطلبا والتنظيمية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة ستخدام 􀊪 ت المسترجعة 􀊭 لمؤسسة، حيث عُولجت البيا 􀊪 ت من عينة شملت ( 30 ) موظف اً 􀊭 رئيسية لجمع البيا (SPSS). مج التحليل الإحصائي 􀊭 بر وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية همية الأنظمة الرقمية الحديثة، حيث تساهم 􀏥 يمتلك بنية تحتية مقبولة مع وجود وعي كبير لدى أفراد العينة بشكل فعال في تسريع إنجاز الأعمال وتقليل الأخطاء الإدارية. واختتمت الدراسة بتقديم جملة من التوصيات، أبرزها ضرورة تعزيز وتطوير واقع هذا التحول الرقمي من خلال تحديث الشبكات وتكثيف الدورات التدريبية للعاملين لمواكبة متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية الشاملةThis study aimed to shed light on the reality of implementing e-management at the Public Hospital Institution and the Public Neighborhood Health Institution of February 18 in Melilli, and to identify the availability of its essential requirements (technical, human, and organizational). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of (30) employees at both institutions. The gathered data were analyzed using advanced statistical analysis methods.

The study reached several key results, most notably: the reality of e-management at both healthcare institutions possesses an acceptable infrastructure along with a high level of awareness among the sample members regarding the importance of modern digital systems, which effectively contribute to accelerating work processes and reducing administrative errors. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, mainly emphasizing the need to enhance and develop this digital transformation by upgrading networks and intensifying training courses for employees to keep pace with comprehensive e-management requirements
