أثر تطبيق نظام ادارة الجودة على اداء المؤسسات الاقتصاديةفى الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها (التزام القيادة، مشاركة العاملين، التحسين المستمر، تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات، وتصميم الجودة وتطوير الخدمة) في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية بالتطبيق على شركة "نفطال" (مقاطعة تسويق غرداية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستُخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من مجتمع الدراسة. شملت عينة الدراسة أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة من الموظفين والإطارات بالمؤسسة، حيث وُزّع الاستبيان واستُردت الاستمارات صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، وجرى معالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من أهم النتائج أبرزها: وجود مستوى تطبيق مرتفع لمتطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة بمتوسط حسابي (3.94)، ومستوى أداء مؤسسي متميز بمتوسط (4.10). كما أثبتت النتائج وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الجودة الشاملة في الأداء، This study aimed to investigate the impact of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) dimensions (leadership commitment, employee involvement, continuous improvement, data analysis and decision-making, and quality design and service development) on enhancing the performance of economic enterprises, with an empirical application on "Naftal" company (Marketing District of Ghardaia). To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was utilized as the primary tool for data collection from the study population. The study sample comprised a simple random sample of employees and managers within the corporation; the questionnaires were distributed and the valid responses were retrieved for statistical analysis, which was processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study yielded several key findings, most notably: a high level of TQM requirements implementation within the enterprise with a arithmetic mean of (3.94), and a distinguished level of organizational performance with a mean of (4.10).
