دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير خدمات المرفق العام الصحي (دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية18فيفري -متليلي- بولاية غراية)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير خدمات المرفق العام الصحي من وجهة نظر مقدمي الخدمة بالمؤسسة، ولأجل ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإستخدامالاستبانة وزعت على عينة قدرت بـــــ50 مفردة من العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية 18 فيفري بمتليلي، حيث تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS النسخة رقم 22وتوصلت الدراسة الي مجموعة نتائج و تتمثلفيمايلي: أن استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبارة عاملًا محوريًا في تطوير أداء المرفق العام وتحسين جودة خدماته. وجود علاقات ذات دلالة إحصائية قوية بين مختلف أبعاد الدراسة والمتغير التابع. يوجد علاقة طردية قوية بين استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوير المرفق العام. توفر البنية التكنولوجية يُعد من أهم المرتكزات الأساسية لنجاح تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، باعتباره الداعم الاساسي لتشغيل هذه الأنظمة بكفاءة. أن العامل البشري له دورا هامة مما ان التدريب والتأهيل يساهم بشكل فعال في رفع نسبة الأداء. سهولة استخدام الأنظمة تعزز من فعاليتها وتسرّع من تبنيها داخل المرافق العامة. This study aims to diagnose the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in developing public health services from the perspective of service providers within the institution. To this end, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 50 employees at the 18 February Public Hospital in Metlili. Data were processed using SPSS version 22, and the study yielded the following results: • The use of AI technologies is a pivotal factor in developing the performance of the public facility and improving the quality of its services. • There are strong statistically significant relationships between the various dimensions of the study and the dependent variable. • There is a strong positive correlation between the use of AI and the development of the public facility. • The availability of technological infrastructure is one of the most important pillars for the success of AI applications, as it is the primary support for the efficient operation of these systems. • The human element plays a crucial role, and training and development contribute effectively to raising performance levels. • The ease of use of systems enhances their effectiveness and accelerates their adoption within public facilities
