Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أثر التشخيص المالي فيفعالية اتخاذ القرارات المالية بالشركة الوطنية لتسويق وتوزيع المنتجات البترولية نفطال (Naftal) بولاية غرداية,حيث تطرقنافي الجانب النظري الى مفاهيم التشخيص المالي وأدواته التحليليةو القائمة على الميزانية (Bilan) وجدول حسابات النتائج (TCR), وكيفية توظيفها للمفاضلة والاختيار الأمثل بين القرارات الإستراتيجية (التمويل، الاستثمار، وتوزيع الأرباح). بينما ارتكز الجانب التطبيقي على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة البيانات الواردة في القوائم المالية للمؤسسة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2022 إلى 2025. حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: - يؤدي التشخيص المالي دورا محوريا في تحديد المركز المالي الدقيق لمؤسسة نفطال، مما يدعم صناعة قرارات مالية صائبة تسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة وتحسين الأداء العام. - تشكل أدوات ومؤشرات التحليل المالي آلية فعالة يمكن الاعتماد عليها لبناء رؤية مستقبلية واضحة ومستدامة للمؤسسة This studyaims to demonstrate the impact of financialdiagnosis on the effectiveness of financialdecision-makingat the National Company for the Marketing and Distribution of PetroleumProducts (Naftal) in Ghardaia Province. To achievethis objective, the researchisdividedintotwo parts: the theoreticalframeworkaddresses the concepts and analyticaltools of financialdiagnosis, demonstrating how they are utilized for trade-offs and optimal selectionamongstrategicdecisions (financing, investment, and dividend distribution). Meanwhile, the empirical part relies on the descriptive-analyticalapproach to process the data contained in the company'sfinancialstatements for the periodfrom 2022 to 2025.
