Abstract

هدفتهذهالدراسةإلىتسليطالضوءعلىواقعتطبيقالإدارةالإلكترونيةفيالمؤسسةالاستشفائية "18 فيفري" ومؤسسةالصحةالجواريةبمتليلي،والتعرفعلىمدىتوفرمتطلباتهاالأساسية (التقنية،البشرية،والتنظيمية). ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسة،تمالاعتمادعلىالمنهجالوصفيالتحليلي،واستخدامالاستبيانكأداةرئيسيةلجمعالبياناتمنعينةشملت (30) موظفاًبالمؤسسة،حيثعُولجتالبياناتالمسترجعةباستخدامبرنامجالتحليلالإحصائي (SPSS).

وقدتوصلتالدراسةإلىمجموعةمنالنتائجأهمها: أنواقعالإدارةالإلكترونيةفيالمؤسسةالاستشفائيةيمتلكبنيةتحتيةمقبولةمعوجودوعيكبيرلدىأفرادالعينةبأهميةالأنظمةالرقميةالحديثة،حيثتساهمبشكلفعالفيتسريعإنجازالأعمالوتقليلالأخطاءالإدارية. واختتمتالدراسةبتقديمجملةمنالتوصيات،أبرزهاضرورةتعزيزوتطويرواقعهذاالتحولالرقميمنخلالتحديثالشبكاتوتكثيفالدوراتالتدريبيةللعاملينلمواكبةمتطلباتالإدارةالإلكترونيةالشاملة.is study aimed to shed light on the reality of implementing e-management at the Public Hospital Institution and the Public Neighborhood Health Institution of February 18 in Melilli, and to identify the availability of its essential requirements (technical, human, and organizational). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of (30) employees at both institutions. The gathered data were analyzed using advanced statistical analysis methods.

The study reached several key results, most notably: the reality of e-management at both healthcare institutions possesses an acceptable infrastructure along with a high level of awareness among the sample members regarding the importance of modern digital systems, which effectively contribute to accelerating work processes and reducing administrative errors. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, mainly emphasizing the need to enhance and develop this digital transformation by upgrading networks and intensifying training courses for employees to keep pace with comprehensive e-management requirements.
