Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة الخدمات المالية الرقمية في تطوير ورفع كفاءة الأداء المالي لبنك الجزائر الخارجي خلال الفترة (2020-2024)فقد غدت متطلبا أساسيا لضمان استمرارية نشاط البنك وذلك تبعا لتطورات التحول الرقمي حيث ان الخدمات المالية الرقمية تعزز من كفاءة العلميات والتعامل مع العملاء وتعود بفائدة كبيرة على الأداء المالي كونهيحظى بمكانة حيوية وأساسية في البنوكاذ يساهم في توضيح المركز المالي للمصرف عبر قياسه وتحليله بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات. بحكم الأهمية البارزة التي يتمتع بها القطاع المصرفي في الحياة الاقتصادية ودوره الكبير في التأثير عليها، بناء على العديد من الدراسات السابقة، فإن اعتماد الخدمات المالية الرقمية لأي قطاع يسهم بشكل ملحوظ في تعزيز كفاءته وتحسين أدائه The study aims to understand the role of digital financial services in improving and enhancing the financial performance of the Algerian banking sector during the period (2023-2025), as they have become a necessity for bank activities in view of digital transformation developments. Digital financial services enhance operational efficiency and customer interactions and provide significant benefits to financial performance, as it is one of the essential pillars of banks, contributing to highlighting the financial position of the institution through its measurement and evaluation based on various indicators. Given the prominent importance of the banking sector in economic life and its significant role in influencing it, as noted by numerous studies, the adoption of digital financial services in any sector substantially contributes to enhancing its efficiency and improving its performance
