Abstract

تهدفهذهالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىواقعنظمالمعلوماتالاداريةفيالمؤسسةالعموميةالجزائريةللمياه،ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسةوالاجابةعلىتساؤلاتها،تمالاعتمادعلىالمنهجالوصفي،حيثتمإستخدامأداةالاستبانةوالمقابلة،الاستبانةتمتوزيعهاعلىعينةعشوائيةبسيطةمكونةمن (30) عاملفيالمؤسسةبغرضالحصولعلىالمعلوماتالكافيةللدراسة،ثمتحليلالبياناتالواردةعنطريقإستخدامبرنامجحزمةإحصائية ( spss ) نسخة رقم 28 ،أمابالنسبةللمقابلةفقدتمإجراءهامعرؤساءالمصالحبالمؤسسةبهدفتعزيزالنتائجوالمعلوماتالمحصلعليهامنإستبيانأظهرتالدراسةأنالأنظمةالمستعملةنظمالمعلوماتالإداريةنصفآليةكماتبينأنالعاملينلديهمقدرةجيدةلإستعمالهذهنظمبكفاءةفيالمهاماليوميةداخلالمؤسسةرغموجودتحدياتتقنيةكبيرةأهمتوصياThis study aims to identify the reality of management information systems in the Algerian Water Public Institution. To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the descriptive approach was relied upon, where the questionnaire and interview tools were used. The questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample consisting of (30) workers in the institution for the purpose of obtaining sufficient information for the study, then the received data were analyzed through the use of the Statistical Package Program (SPSS)Copy number 28. As for the interview, it was conducted with the heads of departments in the institution with the aim of strengthening the results and information obtained from the questionnaire. The study showed that the systems used are semi-automatic management information systems, and it was also shown that the workers have a good ability to use these systems efficiently in daily tasks within the institution despite the existence of major technical challenges. The most important recommendations are improving the technical infrastructure and updating and expanding the scope of work with automatic management information systems.ت هيتحسينالبنيةالتقنيةوتحديثوتوسيعنطاقالعملبنظمالمعلوماتالإداريةالآلية
