العلاقة بين الابتكار التنظيمي واستدامة المشاريع دراسة حالة للمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية *ALFA PIPE*

Abstract

ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إلذ تقصي علاقة الابتكار التنظيمي بدختلف أبعاده )التقتٍ أو التكنولوجي، الإداري أو الذيكلي، والعمليات( واستدامة الدشاريع لدى العاملتُ للمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية *ALFA PIPE* بغرداية. تم الاعتماد في ىذه الدراسة في جانبها النظري على أىم الكتب الدتعلقة بدوضوع الدراسة، أما في الجانب التطبيقي تم الاعتماد على المجلات العالدية بالعربية وبعض الدراسات السابقة من مقالات ومذكرات سابقة مرتبطة بدوضوع الدراسة. حيث اعتمدنا على الدنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في وصف الظاىرة الددروسة ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا الاستبياف حيث تم توزيع 40 استبياف على أفراد العينة، وتم استًجاعها كاملة وىي قابلة للتحليل. النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من خلاؿ دراستنا ىذه تتمثل في كوف أف ىناؾ علاقة الغابية بتُ الابتكار التنظيمي واستدامة الدشاريع، وتوصلنا أيضا إلذ أنو ىناؾ فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لتحقيق استدامة الدشاريع لدى العاملتُ للمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونيةThis study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational innovation in its various dimensions (technical, administrative, structural, and operational) and project sustainability among employees of the Algerian spiral pipe manufacturing company *ALFA PIPE* in Ghardaia. This study relied, from a theoretical standpoint, on the most important books related to the subject of the study, while from an applied standpoint, it relied on scientific journals in Arabic and some previous studies from articles and previous references that preceded the connection to the subject of the study. We adopted a descriptive and analytical approach to describe the phenomenon under study. Data was collected using a questionnaire; 40 questionnaires were distributed to the sample, and all were returned and are available for analysis. The results of this study indicate a positive relationship between organizational innovation and project sustainability. Furthermore, we found statistically significant differences in achieving project sustainability among employees of the Algerian spiral pipe manufacturing company *ALFA PIPE* in Ghardaia. *ALFA PIPE* بغرداية
