Abstract

تهدف هذه دراسة إظهار دور التحليل المالي في تحسين الأداء المالي من خلال دراسة حالة بمؤسسة صناعية الفابايب مقرها بنورة خلال فترة من 2022الى 2024 ثم تجزئة بحثنا الى جزئين، جزء نظري وجزء تطبيقي حيث في الجانب النظري ثم عرض مفاهيم أساسية للتحليل المالي (أنواع، أهداف، مراحل، أطراف مستفيدة من تحليل المالي، تعريف إلخ) أما في جانب التطبيقي ثم تحليل قائمة مالية (ميزانية مالية) باستخدام مؤشرات توازن المالي والنسب المالية. من خلال دراستنا نقول أن التحليل المالي يعتبر ركيزة أساسية لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها حيث يوضح نقاط الضعف والقوى لدى مؤسسة الدراسة، ويساعد على تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة This study aims to highlight the role of financial analysis in improving a company's financial performance through a case study of the industrial enterprise “El Fabayeb,” headquartered in Benoura, over the period from 2022 to 2024. The research is divided into two main parts: a theoretical part and an applied part. In the theoretical section, key concepts related to financial analysis are presented, including its definition, types, objectives, stages, and the main stakeholders who Benefit from it. In the applied section, the company’s financial statements,particularly the balance sheet,are analyzed using financial equilibrium indicators and financial ratios. The findings of the study reveal that financial analysis constitutes an essential tool that cannot be overlooked, as it helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of the ALFA PIPE under study and contributes effectively to improving its financial performance and supporting sound decision- making.
