تأثير الأمراض المهنية على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة تصنيع الأدوات المكتبية والمدرسية "FABS"-وحدة بريان ولاية غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير الأمراض المهنية بأبعادها الثلاثة (الأمراض الجسدية المرتبطة بالعمل، الإرهاق والتعب، والضغوط النفسية) على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية لتصنيع الأدوات المكتبية والمدرسية FABS - وحدة بريان بولاية غرداية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة (70) موظفاًمن عينة شملت (30) موظفاً، حيث عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). وقد خلصت النتائج الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات إلى عدم وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الأمراض المهنية والضغوط على الأداء الوظيفي الفعلي داخل الوحدة؛ نظراً لامتلاك العمال آليات تكيف سلوكي قوية وخبرة مهنية طويلة (تفوق 16 سنة لـ 40% من العينة) بالإضافة إلى الاستقرار العائلي، مما ساعدهم على عزل تلك الضغوط عن وتيرة الإنتاج اليومية الحتمية. كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق إحصائية في مستويات الأداء تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس، العمر، الخبرة، والمستوى التعليمي)، وتوصي الدراسة بتطوير بيئة العمل هندسياً وتفعيل دور طب العمل دورياًThis study aims to determine the impact of occupational diseases, across their three dimensions (work-related physical illnesses, exhaustion and fatigue, and psychological stress), on the job performance of employees at the National Corporate for the Manufacture of Office and School Equipment (FABS) – Berriane Unit in the Wilaya of Ghardaia. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The study population comprised (70) employees, from which a sample of (30) employees was selected. The gathered data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS software.The empirical findings and hypothesis testing revealed that there is no statistically significant impact of the dimensions of occupational diseases and stress on actual job performance within the unit. This is attributed to the workers possessing strong behavioral coping mechanisms, long professional experience (exceeding 16 years for 40% of the sample), and family stability, which helped them isolate these pressures from the inevitable daily production pace. Furthermore, the results demonstrated that there are no statistically significant differences in performance levels attributable to personal variables (gender, age, experience, and educational level). The study recommends ergonomically developing the work environment and periodically activating the role of occupational medicine
