واقع الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات الخدماتية دراسة حالة "جامعة غرداية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الإدارة الالكترونية في جامعة غرداية، ومن أجل الوصول إلى أهدافها ومعالجة الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استعراض الإطار النظري المتعلق بمتغيرات الدراسة والمتمثل في "الإدارة الالكترونية" ومحاولة اسقاط هذه الدراسة على الجانب الميداني تم الاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة وأداة المقابلة والتي أجريت مع مهندس الكلية العلوم اقتصادية والتسيير وعلوم تجارية بجامعة غرداية السيد بلعور محمود. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أن جامعة غرداية قامت بتجسيد الإدارة الالكترونية من خلال اهتماماتها بجميع المتطلبات الأساسية مثل: بنية تحتية تكنولوجية متكاملة وتكوين موارد بشرية مؤهلة. وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة إلى تعزيز متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطوير كفاءات البشرية عبر التكوين المستمر وتفعيل متطلبات التشريعية والتنظيمية التي تدعم التحول الرقمي في البيئة الجامعية The study aims to identify the reality of electronic management at Ghardaia University. To achieve its objectives and address the research problem، the descriptive approach was adopted by reviewing the theoretical framework related to the study variables، represented by "electronic management." In an attempt to apply this study to the field aspect، the case study method was used، along with the interview tool، which was conducted with Mr. Belghour Mahmoud، an engineer at the Faculty of Economics، Management، and Commercial Sciences at Ghardaia University. One of the main findings of the study is that Ghardaia University has implemented electronic management by focusing on all the essential requirements، such as an integrated technological infrastructure and the development of qualified human resources. Finally، the study recommends strengthening the requirements of electronic management and developing human competencies through continuous training،as well as activating the legislative and regulatory requirements that support digital transformation in the university environment
