Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التحول الرقمي على كفاءة وتطور أنظمة الحجز الإلكتروني في قطاع السياحة والسفر، باعتباره من القطاعات الأكثر تأثرًا بالتطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة، وقد ركزت الدراسة على إبراز دور التقنيات الرقمية، مثل الحوسبة السحابية والذكاء الاصطناعي، في تحسين أداء هذه الأنظمة وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستخدمين. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، بالإضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة، حيث تم تطبيقها ميدانيًا على عينة مكونة من 30 موظفًا موزعين على 10وكالات السفر، باستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الإستبيان والمقابلة ،كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS لاستخراج النتائج الإحصائية.This study aims to analyze the impact of the digital transformation on the efficiency and development of electronic reservation systems in the tourism and travel sector, which is considered one of the most affected by modern technological advancements. The study focused on highlighting the role of digital technologies, such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence, in improving the performance of these systems and enhancing the quality of services provided to users. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approaches, in addition to the case study method, which was applied in the field to a sample of 30 employees distributed across 10 travel agencies, using data collection tools such as questionnaires and interviews, Data were analyzed using SPSS software to extract statistical results. The study found a statistically significant impact of the digital transformation on both the efficiency and development of electronic reservation systems, The results also showed that the technological, organizational, human, cultural, and strategic dimensions, as well as the afterlife and digital intelligence, play an important role in improving the performance of these systems. And in light of these results, the study recommends the necessity of enhancing investment in digital technologies, developing human resource skills, and adopting integrated digital strategies to improve the quality of tourism services and achieve customer satisfaction

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتحول الرقمي على كل من كفاءة وتطور أنظمة الحجز الإلكتروني، كما أظهرت النتائج أن الأبعاد التكنولوجية والتنظيمية والبشرية والثقافية والإستراتيجية، بالإضافة إلى بعد الابتكار والذكاء الرقمي تلعب دورًا مهمًا في تحسين أداء هذه الأنظمة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز الإستثمار في التقنيات الرقمية، وتطوير مهارات الموارد البشرية، واعتماد استراتيجيات رقمية متكاملة من أجل تحسين جودة الخدمات السياحية وتحقيق رضا العملاء.
