أثر السياسة النقدية على التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000 - 2025

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر السياسة النقدية على التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى 2025، من خلال الوقوف على طبيعة العلاقة بين أدوات السياسة النقدية ومعدلات التضخم، وتقييم مدى فعالية السياسة النقدية في تحقيق استقرار الأسعار في ظل الخصوصيات الهيكلية التي يتميز بها الاقتصاد الجزائري. وفي ضوء التحليل التطبيقي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة النقدية تؤثر في معدلات التضخم بفعالية محدودة متأثرة بالتبعية لقطاع المحروقات؛ حيث ثبت وجود أثر إيجابي لتوسع الكتلة النقدية على التضخم (خاصة خلال فترة التمويل غير التقليدي)، وأثر عكسي لانخفاض سعر صرف الدينار الذي فاقم من حدة التضخم المستورد، في حين ظل تأثير سعر الفائدة الحقيقي محدوداً نظراً لضعف قنوات الانتقال المالي في الاقتصاد الجزائريThis study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on inflation in Algeria during the period from 2000 to 2025, by identifying the nature of the relationship between monetary policy tools and inflation rates, and assessing the effectiveness of monetary policy in achieving price stability in light of the structural characteristics of the Algerian economy. In light of the applied analysis, the study concluded that monetary policy affects inflation rates with limited effectiveness due to reliance on the hydrocarbon sector; the results showed a positive impact of monetary mass expansion on inflation (especially during the unconventional financing period), and an inverse impact of the dinar's exchange rate depreciation which exacerbated imported inflation, while the real interest rate effect remained limited due to weak financial transmission channels in the Algerian economy.
