Abstract

تتناول دراستنا واقع ضغوط العمل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، متخذةً مديرية الضرائب في ولاية غرداية دراسة حالة. كان الهدف الرئيسي هو تحديد مدى تعرض الموظفين للضغوط، وتحديد أسبابها، ودراسة تأثيرها على أدائهم الوظيفي. ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أُجريت الدراسة الميدانية في مقر المديرية خلال الفترة من يناير إلى مايو 2026، باستخدام المقابلات كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات. كشفت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج رئيسية، أبرزها وجود غموض في الأدوار ونقص في التنسيق الداخلي. كما تبين أن ضغوط العمل سلبية ومستمرة، إذ تؤثر على حياة الموظفين الشخصية نفسيًا وجسديًا. علاوة على ذلك، تحولت التكنولوجيا والرقمنة إلى عبء إضافي زاد من قلق الموظفين بدلًا من تسهيل مهامهم، وذلك بسبب النقص الحاد في دورات التدريب المتخصصة داخل المؤسسة. Our study investigates the reality of work stress in economic institutions, taking the Tax Directorate of Ghardaïa Province as a case study. The main objective was to determine the extent to which employees are exposed to stress, identify its causes, and examine its impact on their job performance. To achieve this, we adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The field study was conducted at the directorate's headquarters from January to May 2026, using interviews as the primary tool for data collection. The study revealed several key findings, most notably the presence of role ambiguity and a lack of internal coordination. It was also found that work stress is negative and continuous, affecting the employees' personal lives both psychologically and physically. Furthermore, technology and digitalization turned into an additional burden that increased employees' anxiety instead of facilitating their tasks, due to the severe lack of specialized training courses within the institution
