Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة الَ التعرف على الادارة الاستراتيجية بالإضافة الَ متطلبات نجاحها ومدى تطبيق
الادارة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية ، وقد اخترنا كمثال مؤسسة "الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة
لتكون محل دراستنا، حيث تعرفنا على ان الادارة الاستراتيجية تعمل على " SKTM بولاية غرداية
ايجاد الخيارات الكبرى التي تسمح للمؤسسة بالاندماج في محيطها على المدى الطويل. وبالتالي فهي تعتبر
اليوم أحد متطلبات النجاح واستدامة المؤسسة،
و قد اعتمدنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي حيث و زعنا
استمارة استبيان على عينة عشوائية بلغت 51 مفردة من عمال المؤسسة محل ال دراسة لجمع البيانات
في تحليل البيانات. SPSS V المتعلقة بِوضوع الدراسة مستخدمين برنامج 26
تو صلنا في نهاية ال دراسة إلَ أن تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل ال دراسة ضعيف ج دا وذلك
لكون المؤسسة حديثة النشأة و ليس هناك وعي كاف بِتطلبات تطبيقها.
This study aims to identify the strategic management in addition
to the requirements for its success and the extent of the
application of strategic management in economic institutions. in
its environment for the long term. Therefore, it is considered
today as one of the requirements for the success and
sustainability of the institution.
In our study, we adopted the descriptive analytical approach
and the case study in the practical aspect, where we distributed
a questionnaire form to a random sample of 45 employees of the
institution under study to collect data related to the subject of
the study using the SPSS V26 program in data analysis.
At the end of the study, we concluded that the application of
strategic management in the organization under study is very
weak, because the institution is newly established and there is
not enough awareness of the requirements of its application
