تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التحليل الائتماني في الحد من تعثر القروض في البنوك التجارية ، ومن
أجل تحقيق الاهداف المقصودة تم تصميم الاستبيان وتوزيع و على عينة الدراسة و المتمثلة في وكالات البنوك التجارية العاملة على مستوى ولاية غرداية وهي

ا لمعالجة البيانات وفي الاخحير تم التوصل الى نتائج اهمهاSPSS 25كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي :

This study aims at recognizing the role of credit analysis in limiting non-performing loans in commercial banks. To achieve the intended goal, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the agencies of commercial banks at the level of Ghardaia province including: BNA, CPA, BEA, BDL, BADR and CNEP.
The questionnaire included themes to answer the proposed hypotheses. We have also used the statistical analysis software SPSS for data processing. In the end the following conclusions were reached:
- Algerian public commercial banks rely on financial analysis in credit-decision making.
- Bad grant decisions in commercial banks lead to increasing the risks and rising non-performing loans rate.
- Commercial banks depend on credit analysis to analyse the customer’s efficiency and ability to meet the obligations of the bank granting loans. The study also recommended that banks should conduct field follow-up and direct contact with the customer when granting the loan to avoid any risk that might affect the customer or the loan while providing recommendations and advice to the customerمنح القرض لتجنب أي خطر قد بيس العميل أو القرض مع تقديم التوصيات والنصائح للعميل
