Abstract:
تسعى العديد من الدول إلى تطوير السياحية الداخمية، من خالل تطوير السياحة الحموية، فعممت عمى تطوير
مجموعة من المواقع الحموية لدييا باإلضافة إلى الخدمات السياحية الترفييية، مستغمة مناطق الجذب لدييا، ووفرت لذلك
وامكانات معتبرة من األساليب الترويجية والنشاطات التي تستقطب أعدادا مت ازيدة من السياح
خدمات التحتية المساندة ،
الداخميين والخارجيين . ومن منطمق كون السياحة الحموية تعتبر إحدى دعامات القطاع السياحي بالجزائر ومن أكثر
األنماط السياحية القابمة لمنمو والمحفزة لمسياحة العائمية والسياحة الداخمية ، ونظرا لما تتمتع بو الجزائر من منابع حموية
ذات فوائد صحية وعالجية، فقد ىدفت ىذه الورقة البحثية لمتعرف عمى واقع ادراك السياح الجزائريين خدمات المرافق
السياحية الموجودة بالمقاصد الحموية ومدى تأثيره في قرار اختيار السائح الجزائري ليذه المقاصد ، والتحديات التي يواجييا
المسئولين المحميين لتطوير ىذه المقاصد السياحية وترقية العرض السياحي بيا.
من خالل دراستنا ىذه قمنا بدراسة عينة من السياح الذين قاموا بزيارة حمامات زلفانة من خالل استرداد 103
استمارة صممت لغرض معرفة مدى إدراك أفراد العينة لممرافق السياحية بزلفانة ومدى تأثيرىا عمى قراراتيم الختيار المقصد
السياحي زلفانة آو تكرار الزيارة، وخمصت الدراسة إلى وجود عالقة وتأثير بنسب مختمفة لممرافق السياحة عمى قرار اختيار
المقصد والتي من ابرزىا: المرافق العامة ، ومرافق األمن والسالمة، والمطاعم والمقاىي، ووسائل النقل.
Many countries seek to develop domestic tourism, through the development of
Hamawiya tourism. They have developed a range of their own frenetic sites as well as leisure
tourism services, exploiting their attractions, providing support infrastructure services, and a
considerable number of promotions and activities that attract increasing numbers. Of
domestic and foreign tourists. In view of the fact that tourism is one of the pillars of the
tourism sector in Algeria and one of the most touristable and growthable forms of family
tourism and internal tourism. Due to the fact that Algeria enjoys a healthy source of health
and therapeutic benefits, this paper aims to identify the reality of Algerian tourists' And its
impact on the decision to choose the Algerian tourist for these purposes, and the challenges
faced by local officials to develop these tourist destinations and upgrade the tourist offer.
Through our study, we studied a sample of tourists who visited the Zulfana Baths by
retrieving 103 forms designed to determine the extent to which the members of the sample
were aware of the Zulfana tourist facilities and their impact on their decision to choose the
Zulfana tourist destination. Tourism on the decision to choose the destination, which are the
most prominent: public facilities, security and safety facilities, restaurants and cafes, and
means of transport.
