تهدؼ هذ الدراسة إلذ التعرؼ على لشارسة الإدارة الاستًاتيجية ودورها في برقيق الديزة التنافسية لدؤسسة الديا
الدعدنية El Goléa ، ومن أجل برقيق أهداؼ الدراسة تم صياغة السؤاؿ الرئيسي كالتالر: إلذ أي مدى يؤثر
تبتٌ لشارسات الادارة الاستًاتيجية في تعزيز الديزة التنافسية وذلك في مؤسسة El Goléa ؟
ولدعالجة موضوع الدراسة تم اعتماد الدنهج الوصفي في عرض الخلفية النظرية لدتغتَات الدراسة، اما في تطبيق
الدراسة في الجانب العملي فتم باعتماد الاسلوب الديداني اي من خلاؿ تصميم اداة الدراسة الا وهي الاستبياف
لتجميع البيانات وبرليلها ومناقشتها، حيث تم توزيع الاستبياف على عينة من موظفي الدؤسسة وبلغ عددهم 32
مفردة، وقد تم قياس التصورات بواسطة استخدا مقياس ليكرت الخماسي وهذا الأسلوب يستعمل لقياس آراء
عينة الدراسة، حيث بست معالجة البيانات الدتحصل عليها من خلاؿ توزيع الاستبانات بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي
SPSS وذلك باستخدا النسب الدئوية والتكرارات والدتوسطات الحسابية، والالضرافات الدعيارية وكذا معاملات
الارتباط وبرليل الالضدار. وقد خلصت الدراسة الذ عدد من النتائج ألعها:
- أظهرت النتائج إلذ أف أغلب العبارات الواردة بدحور الديزة التنافسية جاءت ضمن درجة مرتفعة وتقدير عالر
الدمارسة وذلك من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، حيث بلغ الدتوسط الحسابي بػ 4.01 ، أما الادارة الاستًاتيجية
. فكاف تقديرها متوسط أي بػ 3.55
وكانت أهم التوصيات: ما يلي:
- تنظيم دورات تكوينية للمسؤولتُ تتعلق بكيفية اعتماد منهج و لشارسات الادارة الاستًاتيجية في اعمالذم.
- تشجيع الدوظفتُ على طرح افكارهم الابداعية ووجهات نظرهم وتبنيها للمسالعة في تطوير ورقي الدؤسسة
This study Aimed to identify the satrategic administration pratices ,and its role inacheiving the Compatative Advantage in " El golea Company " , in order to achiving the Goal of this Study . This qustiion Had been Posed : To what extent can adopting of stratgic administation Contribute to Enhancing the competative advantage in ‘’ El Golea Company’’?.
In order to trait this Subject ;we reled on descriptive method to presentiing the theoritical back ground of study variables ;and for applying the study in the practical aspect;we desiegned study tool which is the Questionnaire to Collect data from study sample , after that we Distribued Among 32 Employees of ‘’ El golea’’ ,which are collected , analyse data and preceptions of sample individuals through The Statistical Programme SPSS By using prcentage ration , Frequancies ,Means.;Standard diviation,and Coeffecient Correlation ,and Regression Analyse
This study reach to some results like:
- The results showed that most of the statements contained axis competitive advantagecame within a high degree of appreciation and high practice and so from the standpoint of the respondents, with an arithmetic average of 4.01 strategic
- Managementwas appreciated Average 3.55. The most important recommendations
Encourage employees to present their ideas and creative views and adopted to contribute to the development of organization
