Abstract:
s study aimed to identify the role of occupational safety
procedures in reducing organizational conflict in the applied research unit for
renewable energies in Ghardaia, To achieve objectives of this study, a
descriptive and analytical approach was followed, by using a questionnaire that
was distributed to 50 employees of the studied organization.
The study reached several results, which are: An increase in the level of
practicing occupational safety procedures and the level of application of
methods of reducing organizational conflict in the studied organization. The
study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the
individuals' evaluation of the level of application of methods of reducing
organizational conflict (dominance and power - cooperation and appeasement -
avoidance) in the applied research unit for renewable energies in Ghardaia
attributed to the level of practicing occupational safety procedures in it
