أدوات التشخيص الاستراتيجي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة – مؤسسة مطاحن الأغواط

Abstract

تنشُط المؤسسات الاقتصادیة الیوم في عالم تصاعدت وتشابكت فیه عوامل التغیير والتجدد في جمیع مجالات الحیاة، وتلاشت فیه قضایا التأكد والثبات والانفصال، ما یفرض علیها أن تنتهج إستراتیجیات فعالة لأخذ مكان لها على خریطة العالم الجدید، وذلك بإجراء تغیيرات للمواكبة على الصعیدین التنظیمي والوظیفي وهو ما یستوجب على المد راء إدراك ومعرفة المخاطر التي تحول حول مؤسساتهم نتیجة هذه المتطلبات البیئیة . وفي هذا الإطار، تعتبر نماذج التشخیص الإستراتیجي التي تسمح بكشف الإختلالات وتحدید أسبابها، أحد أهم الوسائل المتبعة من طرف المتخصصين في سبیل إعداد إستراتیجیة تتناسب مع تلك الظروف . وقد تم الاعتماد في هذا البحث الموسوم '' أدوات التشخیص الإستراتیجي في المؤسسة الاقتصادیة '' على الأدوات التي تساعد في عملیة التحلیل والتشخیص تحلیل محفظة الأعمال )تحلیل مصفوفة جماعة بوسطن الاستشاریة BCG و مصفوفة جنرال إلك تریك GE و مصفوفة ADL و التحلیل الثنائي تحلیل SWOT ، تحلیل القوى الخمس لبورتر. في حين تم إسقاط الجانب النظري للبحث على المؤسسة مطاحن الأغواط وخلصت الدراسة إلى أ ن لنماذج التشخیص الإستراتیجي دور وأهمیة تكمن أساس ا في تمكين المسؤولين من إعداد الإستراتیجیة، حیث تعتبر وسائل فعالة داخل المؤسسة تتیح لهم ترجمة البیانات المتحصل علیها إلى معلومات هامة تساهم في إعداد إستراتیجیة ناجحة للمؤسسة تضمن لها النمو والتطورToday، economic institutions are active in a world where change and renewal factors in all spheres of life have been intertwined.
