Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على رضا الزبائن، حيث تم اختيار منظمة
اتصالات للجزائر في مدينة غرداية، كعينة لتطبيق هذه الدراسة، بحيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من زبائن والعاملين
الذين مضى على تعاملهم مع المنظمة، إذ بلغ عدد استمارات الاستبيان التي وزعت ) 011 ( استما رة وبلغ عدد
الاستمارات الصالحة ) 86 ( استمارة أي بنسبة استجابة مقدارها ) 86 % (، وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم
الاستعانة بمجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS نسخة
01 وهذا نظرا لملائمته لمثل هذه الدراسة، وقد أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج منها:
0 وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية و رضا الزبائن في مؤسسة -

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of social responsibility on customer satisfaction. A selection of Etisalat in Algeria was selected in Ghardaia as a sample for the implementation of this study. A random sample of customers and employees who were previously dealt with the organization was selected. (100) form and the number of valid forms (68) form a response rate of (68%), To reach the objectives of the study was the use of a set of statistical tools, the use of the statistical package for social sciences SPSS version 20 and this is because of its suitability for such a study, and the study showed several results, including:
1- There is a strong positive correlation between the dimensions of social responsibility and customer satisfaction in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Ghardaia.
2 - The existence of a significant impact (for the economic dimension, social dimension and environmental dimension) of social responsibility on the satisfaction of customers in the institution in question.
Recommendations :
1- There is a strong positive correlation between the dimensions of social responsibility and customer satisfaction in Algeria Telecom in Ghardaia
- 2 Building an organizational culture based on the establishment and adoption of the concept of social responsibility.
