Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقييم جودة الخدمات التعليمية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية، التجارية وعلوم التسيير لجامعة غرداية من
وجهة نظر الطلبة
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، اعتمدنا على مقياس الأداء ServPerf ، تم تصميم
استبانة إلكترونية كأداة لجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة، وزعت على طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية، التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة
غرداية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، حيث بلغ عددهم 457 طالبا وطالبة، من أجل تحليل بيانات الدراسة تم
استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V:26 ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج
أهمها:

وعلوم التسيير تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية )الجنس، المستوى التعليميThis study aimed to assess the quality of educational services at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of the University of Ghardaia from the students' point of view
To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the descriptive and analytical approach. We relied on the ServPerf performance measure. An electronic questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data for this study, and it was distributed to students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, who were chosen by the random sample method, where their number reached 457 students. In order to analyze the study data, SPSS V: 26 was used, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:
-The evaluation of the quality of the educational service provided by the College of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences is moderately positive from the students' point of view
-There are no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the respondents towards the evaluation of educational services in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences due to demographic variables (gender, educational level)(
