دور فعالية البرامج التدريبية في تحسين أداء العاملين - دراسة ميدانية في بلدية غرداية -

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور فعالية البرامج التدريبية بأبعادها (تخطيط البرامج التدريبية، محتوى البرنامج التدريبي، بيئة التدريب والوسائل) في تحسين أداء العاملين ببلدية غرداية. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و أسلوب التحليل، حيث وُزعت استمارات الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (89) عاملاً في بلدية غرداية، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائجها كان من أهمها: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقييم الأفراد المبحوثين في بلدية غرداية لتحسين أداء العاملين تعزى لكل بعد من أبعاد فعالية البرامج التدريبية على حداThis study investigated the role of training program effectiveness, with its dimensions (training program planning, training program content, training environment, and resources), in improving employee performance at the Ghardaia Municipality. To achieve this goal, a descriptive approach and analytical methods were adopting, questionnaires were distributed to a simple random sample of 89 employees at the Ghardaia Municipality. The study concluded several results, the most important of which was ; there are statistically significant differences in the evaluation of the individuals surveyed in the municipality of Ghardaia regarding the improvement of employee performance, attributable to each dimension of the effectiveness of the training programs individually.
